ABOUT

I’m an independent researcher and mentor in the Bay Area.

My main research interests include:

  • The mind – motivation, deep vs. shallow understanding, phenomenology, precision belief change

  • Ideology – the Venn diagram of psychology and politics; why we believe what we believe, the beliefs of a culture, modernity, the death drive, things we know and can’t admit, hope & despair

  • History – Classical Rome, the French Revolution, social technology, the development & education of effective people

CLIENT WORK

I do one-on-one client work, applying introspective and self-development frameworks that I've been practicing and refining for over seven years. These include:

  • Technical introspective training - Accessing and parsing complex phenomenology (imagery, feelings, parts, beliefs). Developing a structured understanding of your mind. Finding and altering the beliefs that anchor stuck patterns and behaviors.

  • Planning and problem solving - Sometimes the solution isn't psychological. The right planning framework can be extremely helpful.

  • In-depth mentorship - The nuclear Jedi option.

Send me an email and let's chat about training.
