CLIENT WORK
I do one-on-one client work, applying introspective and self-development frameworks that I've been practicing and refining for over seven years. These include:
-
Technical introspective training - Accessing and parsing complex phenomenology (imagery, feelings, parts, beliefs). Developing a structured understanding of your mind. Finding and altering the beliefs that anchor stuck patterns and behaviors.
-
Planning and problem solving - Sometimes the solution isn't psychological. The right planning framework can be extremely helpful.
-
In-depth mentorship - The nuclear Jedi option.
Send me an email and let's chat about training.
